Description

The catalytic converter-free downpipe is a component that significantly increases engine performance thanks to the direct flow of gases. The component is made of AISI 304 steel and TIG-welded entirely by our expert technicians. It also features lambda probe sockets and the necessary brackets for installation in the vehicle. To create the downpipe, we use thin-walled tubes, generally 1.2 mm, to emphasize the high level of quality and careful attention to weight. Furthermore, the diameter, fitting geometry, and volumes are specifically designed to maximize the performance of the specific engine on which the downpipe is mounted. The flanges are produced using CNC/laser-cut machinery, with extremely precise drilling to ensure a perfect fit. The product is plug-and-play, but it is important to note that modifying the electronic management system is recommended. Removing the catalytic converter also improves the vehicle's sound by increasing the exhaust note.
