Description

The manifold is a fundamental part of a car's exhaust system as it is the first element that allows gases to escape from the combustion chamber. Therefore, installing a properly sized and sporty manifold in the car allows for a fairly easy increase in engine performance. In this case, the manifold is of the 4-1 type.
The material used for its construction is AISI 304 steel, and the welds, to ensure maximum sealing and resistance, are made exclusively with Inconel using TIG welding by our expert operators. The use of 3.0 mm thick tubes further highlights the high level of quality and meticulous attention to welding. The combination of these manufacturing details gives the manifold the fundamental characteristic of being remarkably resistant to stress as well as extremely high-performance. The flanges are produced using CNC/laser-cutting machinery, with extremely precise drilling, to ensure perfect assembly and guarantee optimal resistance to the high temperatures to which they are subjected.
The product is plug & play and the positioning and sequence of the sensors is compatible with the original ones to ensure perfect engine operation. Please note that when fitting the manifold without a catalytic converter, it is recommended to modify the electronic management system.
