Toyota GR Yaris, HEL Rear Differential Oil Cooler Kit

 Description

 Under aggressive driving conditions, such as track days and even some fast road situations, we've found that the differential on a GR Yaris can often suffer from excessive overheating. To try to address this issue,
 We developed this complete kit from scratch on our test vehicle. Apparently, we succeeded.

 Please note that this kit is only compatible with pre-facelift Yaris GR models, as newer models feature an additional water tank in the trunk, where the additional oil pump is located, which may affect compatibility.
 
When the differential oil reaches 82°C, the additional electric oil pump, safely located in the trunk, sends the signal for the oil to flow through the oil cooler, which we've positioned low in the vehicle for maximum airflow.

 We designed the race-proven and reliable Setrab oil cooler to lower differential oil temperatures to the optimum level. Safely lowering the oil temperature extends the life of both your expensive differential and the fluid.

 As a side benefit, this kit requires an extra 450ml of oil (almost double the standard!), which helps reduce the frequency of differential maintenance and also aids in temperature management.
