Description

The manifold is a fundamental part of a car's exhaust system as it's the first element that allows gases to escape from the combustion chamber. Therefore, installing a properly sized, sporty manifold in the car allows for a fairly easy increase in engine performance. In this case, the manifold's configuration is a 4-2-1 with equal length pipes, and on the test bench, it was possible to verify a performance increase of approximately 16 hp.
The material used for its construction is AISI 304 steel, and the welds, to ensure maximum sealing and resistance, are performed exclusively using TIG welding by our expert operators. The use of thin-walled tubes, generally 1.2 mm, further highlights the high level of quality and careful attention to weight. The combination of these manufacturing details gives the manifold the fundamental characteristic of being remarkably lightweight and resistant to stress, as well as extremely high-performance. The flanges are produced using CNC/laser-cutting machinery, with extremely precise drilling, to ensure perfect assembly and guarantee optimal resistance to the high temperatures to which they are subjected.
The product is plug & play and the positioning and sequence of the sensors is compatible with the original ones to ensure perfect engine operation. Note that replacing the original manifold does not involve any modification to the electronic management system as a 200-cell metal catalyst is integrated.
